Edward Davis joined the Insurance One agency in March 2011 as an agent specializing in church and non-profit insurance. As an agent, Edward would be working with churches, institutions, businesses, non-profit organizations, and individuals and is an important part of the team. Edward’s favorite part of working at Insurance One agency is the opportunity to partner with clients in a way that enhances their business to ministry.

Edward graduated from Vanguard University in 1978 with a pastoral ministries and business degrees. His educational experience led him to become a lead pastor, youth pastor, and worship leader, along with business expertise in commercial flooring, construction, university advancement, church loans, and capital stewardship campaigns. He served Southwestern AG University as their senior director for university advancement and enrollment.

As an insurance agent, Edward has his property and casualty license, risk management certification, organizational consultant certification, and has in-depth knowledge in handling insurance development, policy review, proposal building, risk management, and non-profit special needs.

Edward is also committed to serving his community and is involved with organizations such as Garden & Arts Club of Irving, Retired Teachers Association, and is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, Life Time NRA, and USCCA member. When not at work, Edward enjoys road trips with Renée, two Granddaughters, golf, and shooting sports.
